Fresh Haven laundry detergent sheets are designed with simplicity in mind. Our formula contains fewer than five plant-based ingredients, with no added dyes or harsh chemicals making them a gentle option for many people with sensitive skin.

Fresh Haven sheets are made using ingredients are mainly derived from coconuts. If you have a known coconut allergy, it’s always best to consult with a dermatologist or allergist before use.
How do I use the Laundry Detergent Sheets?
The number of Fresh Haven sheets you should use depends on the size of your laundry load and how soiled your clothes are. Typically, for a standard-sized load of laundry, one sheet is sufficient. However, for larger or heavily soiled loads, you can use two sheets to three sheets to ensure effective cleaning.

Where do I place the sheets in my machine?
Whether you have a front-loader or top-loader, simply place the sheet directly into the machine. The water will activate its cleaning power during the wash.
How do I manage my subscription?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is your return policy?
In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at freshhavenllc@gmail.com with the subject line “Return: Damaged or Defective Item – Order #”. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll promptly review your request. If approved, we’ll send a replacement within 2 business days.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee allows you to request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
You have until midnight the same day you placed your order to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been processed to be shipped out to you.
